How predictions work

This is a parimutuel-style prediction game for charity. When you make a prediction, your credits go into a pool with everyone else who predicted on that fight.

Final parimutuel odds calculation happens at the moment the admin closes the pool — typically 5 minutes before the fight starts, but at the admin's discretion. The calculation is based strictly on PAID-UP credits in the pool at the moment of closure. Predictions that have been placed but not yet paid up are voided at closure and the credits are returned to your balance.

Indicative multipliers shown before pool closure include all predictions (paid and unpaid) and may shift significantly when the pool closes. Final settlement uses only the paid-up snapshot.

A portion of each pool (currently 10%) is contributed to charity. The remainder is awarded to predictors who picked the winning corner, in proportion to their paid-up credits.

The admin's decision on closure timing, prediction validity, and any disputes is final. Predictions are not refundable except in the case of a voided fight.
